His journey has included key leadership roles—most recently as General Manager of Consumer Beauty DACH and Co-Head of the Global Consumer Beauty Bodycare category, alongside leading the Commercial Excellence team across both divisions in the region.   With a strong track record in driving growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and elevating brand performance, Mario is widely recognized for his strategic mindset, operational rigor, and passion for people development. As Managing Director, he will continue to accelerate Coty’s momentum across the DACH market—championing commercial excellence and driving strategic innovation.
